• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, ensuring consistent and engaging content across social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,YouTube, LinkedIn) and the organization's website. This includes creating and curating content such as photos, videos, events, and articles to inform users aboutthe latest activities and initiatives.• Write compelling and impactful talking points for various public relations activities, including press events, meetings, community events, success stories, blogs, andpress releases. These materials should effectively convey key messages and maintain consistent brand positioning.• Provide comprehensive photo and video documentation of special events and activities, capturing memorable moments that showcase the organization's impactand initiatives.• Develop guidelines and standard procedures for the production of the organization's information, education, and communication (IEC) materials. Thisincludes ensuring consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all communication materials.• Assist in the conceptualization, shooting, editing, transcribing, and translating of video materials and content for social media and GNIP events. Collaborate withstakeholders to ensure the content aligns with the organization's objectives and resonates with the target audience.• Manage and develop internal and external newsletters, email content for email marketing, crafting informative and engaging content that keeps stakeholdersinformed about the organization's activities, achievements, and upcoming events.• Monitor and promptly respond to comments, questions, and issues related to the organization's projects on social media accounts, fostering positive engagementand building relationships with the online community.• Collaborate with the F&M Head to manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Ads.This includes targeting, ad creative development, and performance monitoring.• Support the Fundraising Unit in conceptualizing and developing collateral materials for fundraising campaigns. This involves creating impactful messaging, designingvisual assets, and ensuring consistent branding across all fundraising initiatives.• Ensure that all external communications meet quality standards and maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging. Review and edit communication materialsto ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the organization's values and objectives.• Assist in organizing GNIP events, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and effective communication before,during, and after the events.• Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, video editors, web designers, marketers, printers, and colleagues as necessary to facilitate the production anddistribution of communication materials. Admin Tasks• Participate in CDP visits and fieldwork as required, actively engaging with stakeholders and representing the organization's mission and values.• Filing of Purchase Requests (PR), Fund Requests (FR), and Settlement Reports (SR) as required.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or any related field.• At least 3years experience in PR, communications, digital marketing, e-commerce marketing or a similar role, preferably in a corporate or nonprofit environment.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and impactful messages for various audiences.• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing principles, and content creation strategies to engage audiences effectively.• Proficient in video production and editing software, with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging videos for digital platforms.• Familiarity with industry-standard communication tools and software, such as social media management platforms, email marketing platforms, and graphic designsoftware.• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage.Good Neighbors Philippines has a zero tolerance to any harm or sexual exploitation and abuse against any beneficiaries (or program participants).
