Job Description:
Develops and manages digital marketing campaigns by coordinating with teams from various geographic areas across multiple channels utilizing tools and techniques as appropriate, including but not limited to email marketing, paid search, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Search Engine Marketing (SEM). Manages Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), agencies, brands, and other related stakeholders to build a network and platform of influencers advising buyers and promoting brands and sellers. Works with the Product Development team to build the necessary technology to support social commerce initiatives. Leads the development of the company website, devising strategies to drive online traffic and to garner new online sales leads for future conversion. Builds an inbound marketing plan and leads the development of the company’s social media presence. Uses appropriate data analytics to measure and evaluate actual performance against goals and objectives of various digital marketing plans and activities. Works with external agencies when required to develop the business’ online presence. Leads, supervises, and motivates members of the digital marketing team. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or equivalent, preferably with a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing Knowledge: At least 2-5 years of solid hands-on experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, social commerce, or related fields Technical Competencies: Content management, data analysis and cleansing, writing and editing, SEO and SEM, email marketing, CRM, social media, community management, paid social media advertising, basic design skills (e.g. Adobe Photoshop), and mobile marketing Soft Skills: Intuition, curiosity, social listening, persuasion, comfort with technology, multitasking, and creativity Attitude: Ability to learn and adapt in a startup environment, hungry to learn, strong desire to know, drive to be a team player, has a positive and upbeat attitude, Active faith
