Kitchen Production
Managing over all operations of Central Kitchen with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of production targets within the time and cost parameters.
Supervise all service reviews practices and procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Responsible for 100% consistency of product using standard recipe's and procedures.
Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are being followed ensuring strict adherance to quality standards.
Responsible for monitoring raw materials and finished goods.
Ensure all products in the Central Kitchen meets the shop operations quality standards.
QUALITY STANDARDS
Understand and implement commissary quality control procedures and standards.
Monitor adherance to quality system and comply with company's SOP.
Implement quality systems and procedures top reduce rejection and ensure zero defect products.
WAREHOUSING AND LOGISTICS
Ensure accurateness and completeness of warehouse inventory.
Validates inventory of stocks and re-order request when inventory drops a specified level.
