Collections Specialist

Job Description:Work collaboratively with Accounts, Sales, and Legal teams on debt collection efforts.Develop and implement effective debt collection strategies following SEC guidelines.Contact debtors via telephone for negotiation and debt recovery.Utilize public databases for debtor tracking, including Credit Bureau information.Negotiate manageable debt payments to prevent payment delinquency.Negotiate settlements for a percentage of the debt.Maintain organized records of communications, payment plans, and amounts paid.Issue statements of delinquencies and satisfied debts to Credit Bureaus.Initiate legal and repossession proceedings if necessary.Qualifications:Minimum Senior High School Graduate.Experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Telemarketing is advantageous.Willingness to learn and follow company guidelines.Strong team player with good time-management skills.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.Proficient in record-keeping, both hard copy and electronic.Computer skills are essential.Six-day work commitment; weekends not guaranteed off.Location: Santa Maria, Bulacan.Ready to embark on this exciting career journey?
