Collections Representative

**Position: Collections Representative**- **Pay**:up to Php25,000 salary package- **Overview**:The primary function of this role is to act as liaisons between businesses and customers to resolve outstanding balances. Responsibilities include developing payment plans, negotiating settlement amount and scheduling payments.**Collections Representatives Responsibilities**:- Reviewing open accounts for collection efforts.- Making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.- Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates.- Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss options with customer- Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements.- Maintaining composure in escalated situations- Utilizes negotiation skills to resolve delinquency issues Contact customers to determine intent to pay and ability to resolve delinquency- Provide assistance by offering solutions based on customers individual needs with the goal of negotiating immediate payments or schedule specific payment arrangement schedules.- Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome- Notate each account accurately with detailed and precise information to ensure proper follow through**Collections Representative Requirements**:- 1 year of collections experience- Flexible and reliable with the working schedule; may be expected to work weekends, holidays and events- Computer proficiency- Comfortable working with numbers- Articulate written and verbal communication skills**Salary**: From Php25,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Paid trainingSchedule:- 8 hour shiftCOVID-19 considerations:All customers are required to wear facemask.Ability to commute/relocate:- Angeles, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
