Collections Processing Executive
Required to support Service Desk Clients and the contractual service level in the achievement of prompt response, high level customer service and technical first contact support. They will also be required to assist with managing escalated user issues and creation of updates to process the procedure documentation as required.
Key Responsibilities:• Responsible for assisting Generate Fusion product upsells for value-added services of the client
• Full compliance to both Infosys and client policies;
• Ensure that monthly scorecard requirements/KRAs (Key Result Area) are achieved month on month as detailed below; and
• Deliver any other tasks as required by the employee’s line manager
Key Requirements:• Bachelor's degree graduate, any field.
• Must have at least 18 months BPO experience in B2C or B2B environment preferred
• Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment and must be willing to work on shifting schedules and be assigned in BGC.
• Experience with North American clients a plus.
• Experience with Client interfacing via phone and/or email.
• Should possess exceptional process knowledge.
• Must have very strong background both inbound and outbound collections.
• Quarterly performance bonus.
