Collection Executive

Job Responsibilities:1. Remind customers of overdue loans by telephone, urge and guide them to repay in time;2. Communicate with customers regarding the compliance, and inform customers of repayment amount, method, time and other information related;3. Keep record of customer information in our system in time, update and supplement customer information in a timely manner to ensure information validity and accuracy;4. Establish and maintain strong and positive relationship with client.5. Follow up on set arrangement and determine appropriate action6. Resolve dispute and handle objections to payment.7. Process payments or refund if necessary8. Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status9. Respond to client account queries in a timely and professional manner10. Perform other task that maybe assigned by the superior from time to timeJob Requirements: 1. Age 18-35 years old, Highschool graduate or College Undergraduate;2. Good communication and coordination skills;3. Must have a positive and professional work ethics.4. Can work with a minimum supervision5. Preferably with relevant experience in field, call center or in a bank industry.
