Coating Inspector/ Technical Service Representative

FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY!GENERAL FUNCTION:Performs on-site technical support/service to customers during application of paints to ensure that the process of application is according to the coating specification and standards.Before the start of the project, check and review work specifications and orient customer/owner or contractor regarding the required surface preparation and application conditions.Conduct regular inspection or on-site periodic visit while the project is on-going to ensure that all surface preparation and paint application are done in proper manner and conform to paint specification.Coordinate any deficiencies that occurred during the paint application process to respective Team Leader in order to resolve the issue with the customer.Maintains coating diary record that indicates daily completion report of the work carried out.Check and compute the area where paints are to be appliedWilling to be assigned anywhere in the PhilippinesRELATIONSHIPS/OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinates and collaborates with the Department Heads and other personnel of the company for whatever needs that would require coordination and collaboration.Observes faithfully company policies and standard operating procedures, reporting properly with full sense of professionalism while doing assigned duties or other activities of the company.As a confidant of the company and its clients/customers, keeps in strict confidence all information and data coming to him/her in the course of his/her work or of which he/she has access.Build and maintain good working relationship with customers.QUALIFICATIONS:A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Course or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired is necessary.Can effectively establish and maintain good working relationship with customers and co-employees.Independent-minded, adaptable and willing to travel/assigned for project assignment.Computer literate and knowledge in technical writing.TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED:Wet Film Gauge, Dry Film Thickness Gauge, Whirling Hygrometer, Magnetic/Digital Temperature gauge, Paint Testing Equipment's, Camera and etc.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php14,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per monthBenefits:FlextimeHealth insuranceLife insuranceOpportunities for promotionPaid trainingPay raisePromotion to permanent employeeSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental pay types:13th month salaryAnniversary bonusBonus payOvertime payPerformance bonusQuarterly bonusLanguage:English (Required)
