Key Responsibilities Support Practice Leader in planning and implementation of the strategic initiatives and long-term goals for the operating groups that the Healthcare Global leadership identifies to be critical to the team's overall strategy Lead & generate best practice recommendations for global deployment - Including Training, Technology, Skill development, and more. Support Clinical Practice Leaders in identifying opportunities and driving projects for various Clinical LOBs in PH and globally Gather insights from performance reporting to facilitate business decisions around service delivery and improvement initiatives for the Healthcare team. Identify, run, track, and quantify projects in the clinical space to drive efficiency and client satisfaction. Mapping, interpreting, and translating requirements into a comprehensive solution specific to customer requirements: collaborating and communicating with Operations, and other Functional teams. Support Practice Lead and the Practice Community in understanding, interpreting, and sharing business practices to improve company competitiveness. Qualifications At least a Bachelor's Degree in healthcare Local or US registered nurse, clinician, or paramedic is preferred. An active license is a plus, not a mandate. Experience managing/supporting Healthcare teams/accounts/clients for at least 3 years, which at least 2 years should be UM or Clinical Business. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience in project management and process improvement initiatives for driving projects is a must Project management certification or Six Sigma trained preferred Demonstrates a decent understanding and application of Clinical processes and the CPO scope. Self-starter and able to work independently. Demonstrates end-to-end and on-time task completion with a high level of quality. Ability to communicate and interact with global Teams to drive results Ability to collaborate and work well with Operations as well as Support teams
