Clinical Nurse

Job Description:
Summary of Responsibilities: This position is directly responsible for the delivery of offshore-based recruitment services to our clients in the US. The role primarily involves evaluating candidates for Nursing and Healthcare-related positions with our offshore partners. The role will involve regular and direct contact with overseas candidates and clients. In addition to the recruitment experience, suitable applicants will also have decent English communication skills, will be willing to work the night shift and will have a strong professional background in Nursing. While the role does involve the use of the internet and telephones as communication tools, this is not a call center job. We seek applicants with a binding interest in recruitment as a specialty and who seek to make a career in the field.

Detailed Responsibilities: The role will be responsible for evaluating and assessing candidates for Nursing and Healthcare-related positions via listening to virtual interviews, evaluating documents, and analyzing assessments and examinations. The Clinical Nurse will coordinate different logistical items between the candidate and the client such as interview schedules, locations etc. The Clinical Nurse will be responsible for maintaining a record of their activities and different reports that track effort, productivity and results.

An active and valid license as a Registered Nurse Strong English communication skills Strong interest in recruitment as a career. 5 years of experience as a Nurse in a medical setting Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
