Clinic Sales Supervisor

Job Descriptions
Supervise and delegate all sales consultations and client education on our services
Actively seek client referrals and reviews
Assist clients with questions or concerns about the services
Speak with clients about additional services and recommendations
Assist the marketing department in pushing our services to the local community
Conduct client satisfaction surveys
Provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients to be treated in by ensuring quality standards set are always met by the branch team
Coach and manage all clinic team members and perform regular performance evaluations for direct reports
Manage and assign employee work schedules and ensure constant staff productivity (hit service quotas)
Maintain a positive working environment for all team members

Job Qualifications
Display a stable work history
Have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience
Have a minimum of 3 years of team management experience
Have a professional background in healthcare or a very closely related service industry
Have a highly polished demeanor and strong team mentality
Display exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Display a passion for the health, wellness, and medical industry
Display a high level of initiative and accountability
Proficient in microsoft office and google apps
Be able to work the schedule posted & offer some flexibility
