REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Nursing or equivalent.
No work experience required.
Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
Must have at least one nurse Basic Life Support Training Certificate
Encourage to have Intravenous Therapy Certificate
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Renders medical service based on the post assigned monthly. Schedule is posted one day before the end of the month for the nurse to properly endorse his/her post.
Each nurse is expected to perform her/his task with proper skill & expertise as a unit.
Expected to establish patient rapport and assist patients.
Nurses are trained to refer & assist urgent and emergent cases. He/she must be apt in his/her assessment.
Trained to administer medications, give nebulizations assist in simple minor surgical procedures& document management being given
Queue, triage and give instructions to patients.
Perform their duties according to the committees they belong.
They are also expected to do billing/charging, make the census and do inventory.
All nurses must keep their schedules on when to pass their reports to the supervisor.
All nurses are expected to cooperate and participate during round the table discussions and meetings done weekly for self growth, new knowledge and feedback reconstruction
Vital Signs Nurse-
Gets the Blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, temperature.
Nurse assigned to this area is expected to know the normal vital signs.
Assigned to refer patients to the medical director with deranged vital signs so proper triage can be done.
Assigned to get the charts from the records section with the guidance of the record’s
clerk and endorse to the receiving nurse.
Assigned to endorse to the circulating nurse for patients triaged to the treatment room.
Vital signs nurse must be able to get the complete vital signs and give instructions
in less than 10 minutes

a. Circulating Nurse-
Ø Assigned to check that all rooms are ready for use. She checks every morning that all consultation rooms have the needed supplies. Equipments are also turned on. And assigned to refill medications.
Ø Assists doctors in procedures in the treatment room, minor surgery procedures.
a. Receiving Nurse/ Section station nurse
Ø Receives the charts and encodes the vital signs and prepares the charts for the doctors.
Ø Triage the patient to their respective consultation rooms. Queues patients
And assist doctors in the consultation department.
Ø All patients must seen by the doctor not more than 30 minutes from time they are queued to the second station.
