Job Description:

Taxumo is seeking a highly motivated and resilient Client Support Specialist to join our remote team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have via phone, email, or chat- Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to clients to ensure they are able to utilize our services effectively- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues customers may encounter- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, updating customer profiles as needed- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients- Assist with onboarding new clients and providing ongoing support as needed- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide relevant guidance to clients

Requirements:- Associate degree or equivalent experience- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client support or customer service role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to adapt to changing situations- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team- Motivated self-starter with a passion for helping others
