Client Support Representative - Work From Home

Job description:

MadEats is seeking a Client Support Representative to join our growing team. This position will be a work from home opportunity, based in Quezon City, NCR, PH. This is a full-time entry-level position with no specific years of experience required.

Responsibilities:- Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Providing solutions to customer issues and concerns- Processing orders and managing client accounts- Collaborating with other teams to ensure excellent customer service- Keeping accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements:- Motivated and energetic individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software is a plus
