Job Description:

Coins.ph is looking for a motivated and energetic Client Service Specialist to join our team in Davao City, Davao, PH. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will have the opportunity to work from home and support our clients with exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities:1. Provide top-notch customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat.2. Assist clients with account inquiries, transaction issues, and technical support.3. Educate clients on the features and benefits of our platform to enhance their user experience.4. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex client issues in a timely manner.5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed.6. Continuously seek feedback from clients to improve our services and products.

Requirements:1. Energetic personality with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.2. Strong decision-making skills and emotional intelligence to handle challenging client situations.3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.4. Knowledge of financial technology and cryptocurrency is a plus.5. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
