Client Service Specialist (9621)

Job Description MicroSourcing is currently looking for Client Service Specialists for our Ortigas site. The account would be for a U.S based consumer goods industry's end to end source for digital product content solutions. This account would help its clients provide a seamless consumer brand experience online and in store, by providing the content and services to power today?s retailer and manufacturer applications.

Objectives:

Take direction from the Client Services Manager and work with the Commercial Team to maintain relationships with each of their assigned accounts and take responsibility for resolving issues and servicing the client's needs.??

Duties and Responsibilities:?
Provide client services to current clients by identifying their problems and supplying solutions and education?
Track and monitor incoming calls for record keeping
Work closely with other departments to investigate and resolve client issues and/or questions and generate ideas to better our products and services
Ensure compatibility with our product database through a working knowledge of current Space Management software and database structure
Train the accounts Delivery Network to clients/prospects and recommend potential client products/services upsells to management
All other duties assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required?
Minimum of 2 years of Client Services experience in an equivalent role
Work experience as a Technical Support/Helpdesk is preferred
Working knowledge of Access, Excel, Outlook and Word?
Strong communication skills a must
Willing to work in the night shift, holidays and weekends
Amenable to work in Ortigas
