As a Client Service Representative at United Laboratories in Davao City, your main responsibility will be to ensure the satisfaction and retention of our clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service at all times.
Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to understand their needs and concerns- Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and provide ongoing support- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner- Update customer records and ensure accurate and up-to-date information- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities- Resourceful and motivated individual who is willing to go the extra mile for our clients- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively- Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
