SariSuki is looking for a dynamic and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH on a part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level position requiring at least 8 years of experience, the ideal candidate must be resourceful, driven, and possess strong negotiation and creativity skills.
Responsibilities:- Managing client accounts and nurturing relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention- Serving as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations- Developing and implementing strategies to grow client portfolios and drive revenue- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to clients- Analyzing client feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement- Monitoring and evaluating key performance indicators to measure client success
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and achieving revenue targets- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and time management abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
