Shift: Night Shift, Mon - Fri 11:00 PM To 08:00 AM
Work Setup: Permanent WFH
Empowerment Zone: Your Role in Crafting Client Success Stories Resolve clients' day-to-day issues.
Become the subject matter expert on the product and advise clients accordingly.
Support a productive and innovative team, collaborating with peers, managers, and other departments.
Analyze client feedback and/or trends and translate them into actionable points.
Assist the team in documenting and improving operational processes.
Learn to operate the best-in-class customer service software.
Identify inefficiencies and customer friction, proposing solutions for improvement.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
Handle daily communication with clients, responding promptly to their inquiries, and proactively solving emerging issues.
Assist clients via chats, calls, and emails within the set SLAs.
Demonstrate a healthy balance of professionalism with empathy/patience.
Complete service requests from start to finish, including frequent check-ins and closing the loop.
Demonstrate the ability to solve client issues independently where possible and escalate when necessary.
Operations: Product/Service Knowledge:
Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our products and services and become the subject matter expert.
Assess bugs/issues reported by clients, create tickets, file disputes, track, and alert other teams to issues.
Learn about our tools and how to use and navigate through them.
Culture and Internal Communication:
Act as a team player, working closely and collaborating with other teams.
Demonstrate respect for coworkers across all departments.
