Client Service And Marketing Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Develops and fulfills sales and marketing plans and programs based on agreedstrategic directions• Able to pursue potential expansion opportunities for the organization; championradically different ideas and be a leader in the market; identify long-term goalsand invest appropriate resources as needed; communicate vision in a way thatinspires others• Creates an annual roadmap to implement key sales marketing tasks and targets• Breaks down on a monthly and quarterly basis annual plans and deliverables• Co-owns achievement of targets per category of business and per client/natureof development• Ensures optimal use of digital and traditional media in elevating the brand imageof ESCAJOB REQUIREMENTS• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred and at least 10 years equivalent workexperience in business development, customer service, sales and marketing, atleast 5 years of which is on people management role.• Experience in Construction Industry is an advantage.• A self-starter who does not require close supervision• Intermediate level of PC skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint• Ability to work with large data, ability analyze and present data• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Strong leadership and management abilities; must be able to think strategically• Ability to work in a collaborative work environment and being part of a team.Planning and executing short- and long-term projects• Strong time management and negotiation skills and ability to handle competing• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills• Must have a strong ability to communicate clear, consistent messages via emailwith clients and internal
