This role is responsible for various client payments support tasks, including renewals, accounts receivables, payment allocations and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities will require you to think creatively to develop new and innovative strategies for clients by generating and presenting valuable and concrete insights that are relevant to their needs and to the wider Aon business.

What the day will look like Reconciling and allocating payments received Providing finance options for clients Payment follow ups and managing debtors Renewing and growing Premium Funding sales across all Aon Australia segments Providing high level customer service and administration support to stakeholders Responding to queries from brokers and funders, pertaining to client issues, defaults and cancellations Ensuring all contracts and incoming funds are processed efficiently and accurately Identifying process improvement opportunities Accounts Receivable support and reducing days outstanding for debtors Indicating a track record of success, you will be inquisitive, keen to learn and have a passion for data and the opportunities and business insights it reveals.
Ability to work in a team environment Strong customer service focus Possess analytical, technical and problem-solving skills Comfortable establishing relationships with multiple stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication, strong negotiation and influencing skills Ability to multi task and complete complex tasks High level attention to detail Education: Candidates with Finance or Accounting Degree.
