Duties and Responsibilities:To a arrange all claims in order (per type of claim, per registry date and per status)To scan all the medical, death & HMO claims documents in chronological order using NAPS softwareTo comply with the company's regulation and standard when it comes to filing.To secure the privacy and confidentiality of the claims documents.To provide soft access for easy monitoring and retrieval of the claims documentsCost effective records storageAccountability of the claims record storageAccountability of the office equipment-scannerHandle inventory of the storage of the scanned claims documents from Head Office to offsite storage locationMaintain and organize storage filing and transmittal for monitoringComply with the required scanning reportsComply with the filing of reports every end of the yearReceive the returned acknowledgment receipt and quitclaim for scanning and attach the said documents to each claimHandle departmental office supplies requisitionHandling FAMMS supplies requisitionTo do other tasks as may be requiredScan and arrange all HMO claimsArrange for regular or periodic transfers of scanned documents to off-site locations, in coordination with Administration department.Qualifications:Graduate of any courseAnalytic, committed, focused, and result orientedGood verbal communication skills, Computer literatePunctual and prompt in submission of reports.Background in Life Insurance is a plus
