You will play a crucial role in planning, designing, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of our various civil engineering projects. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the successful execution of projects, making a significant impact on the development of our company.
Some of the things we expect you to do are to:
Organize materials and ensure the sites are safe and clean. Perform AutoCAD and 3D drawings based on agreed designs. Plan the infrastructure and maintenance works and organize the site facilities to meet projected completion. Check and implement construction drawings and estimates. Prepare cost estimates and ensure appropriate materials and tools are available. Provide technical advice and suggestions for improvement Troubleshoot equipment as required. Authorize technical drawings and engineering plans. Draw up work schedules and communicate any adjustments Gather data, compiling and preparing reports and presentations as required. Complete quality assurance and provide feedback to the team. Act as technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors and trades. Survey the site, level and set out. Ensure that all materials and work performed are in accordance with the designs and specifications. Oversee the selection and requisition of materials. Make cost-effective solutions and proposals for the expansion project. Manage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the Building Admin Liaise with any subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project. Liaise with LGUs (Local Government Units) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractor day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors. Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site. Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise. We would need you to be or have the following:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering Additional certificates or licenses may be required. Knowledge of AUTOCAD, Sketchup and other 3D Software is a must. Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design. Great leadership, organizational and management skills. Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects. Great written and verbal communication skills. Can work extended and adjustable working hours.
