THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
20%-Manages division's programs/projects/activities
20%-Reviews and finalizes policy recommendation on Competency Assessment and Certification for approval of higher authorities
20%-Oversees the implementation of systems, procedures, and strategies in the promotion and continuous improvement in the implementation of the assessment and certification program
20%-Conduct research/studies to ensure quality delivery and implementation of assessment and certification
5%-Establishes and maintains a system on accredited competency assessment centers to ensure continuous compliance with standard requirements and
5% -Maintains a National Registry of Workers Assessed and Certified Registry of Accredited Assessment Centers and Competency Assessors.
