Scope & Responsibilities: Develop and review the company's business strategy and execute it to attain a leading position in the marketplace. Ensure revenue growth and profitability are achieved responsibly, both organically and through successful mergers and acquisitions. Implement annual goal setting, performance reviews, retrospectives, and incorporate learnings based on the agile framework. Collaborate with Business Heads and functional leaders to drive company growth, fortify its position, and ensure sustainability. Recruit, lead, develop, and coach a high-performing team. Work with the management team to meet consumer needs, cultivate new and existing customer relationships, establish partnerships, strategic alliances, and explore market opportunities. Provide high-level strategic and tactical leadership to the board and management team. Represent the company in communication with investors, vendors, government entities, and the public. Stay abreast of the competitive market landscape, expansion prospects, industry developments, etc. Assess company risks and ensure they are monitored and mitigated. Required Qualifications: Hold a Bachelor's degree. 20-25 years of relevant experience. Proven experience as a COO/CEO or in a similar executive role, preferably within the Agri/Food Processing Industry. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and business development. Proficiency in P&L management with a comprehensive understanding. Demonstrated track record of effectively steering companies towards high growth. Strong emotional intelligence, enabling effective leadership and team management. Preferred Qualifications: Educational background preferably in engineering or relevant business disciplines. Having an MBA is advantageous. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills. Aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking. About the Client:
