Chief Finance Officer (Pasig)

Responsibilities:1.Financial Strategy and Planning:•Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives and growth plans.•Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making.•Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance.2.Financial Management:•Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, treasury, and tax planning.•Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.•Implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.•Managecash flow, liquidity, and working capital efiectively to support businessoperations.3.Financial Reporting and AnalySis:•Prepare timely and accurate financialreports, including monthly/quarterly financial statements,variance snalysis,and KPls.•Provide insightful financial analysisand interpretation to senior management and stakeholders.•Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators to track progress towards financial goals.4.Investor Relations:•Serve as a key liaison with investors, analysts, aird financial institutions.•Prepare investor presentations and repols to communicate financial performance and growth prospects.•Support fundraising effols and strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and due diligence support.5.Team Leadership and Development:•Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.•Mentor and develop finance professionals, providing guidance and opportunities for skill enhancement.Qualifications:•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.•Proven experience (10+ years) in finance leadership roles, with significant exposure to financial management and strategy development.•Prior experience in the renewable energy sector or related industries is highly desirable.•Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
