Apply Now Job Description Position Purpose: Maintain reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, utilizing a complete understanding of all company operations and finances. Help ensure the integrity of the accounting system through internal audits, analysis of company hardware and software systems applications, and proper implementation of company policies and procedures. Prepare pertinent monthly reports.
Essential Functions and Duties: • Oversee overall Asia Office
• Review/Audit all filings to various Philippine Agencies
• Assist in managing operational data and ensuring data integrity and accuracy by developing internal control systems and adopting proper policies for financial reporting.
• Assist in managing and analysis of company system hardware and software applications, including Aspen or Canopy applications.
• Assist CFO in the review of financial data periodically to ensure fairness and completeness of the data.
• Contracts spend reporting (Avendra, Hilton, Sherman, etc.)
• Assist CFO in ensuring daily sales report accuracy.
• Assist corporate month-end closing and financial reporting process including account analysis and reconciliation.
• Assist CFO in various spreadsheets, data mining, and analysis.
• Assist CFO in the direction of the accounting functions of Asia Office.
• Assist in providing technical support to Asia Office.
• Special projects as assigned by the CFO.
Other Duties: • Conduct office meetings regularly.
Assist other positions in Asia Office as needed
