2. Prepares budget, monthly, and quarterly income report.
3. Payroll preparation and processing including computation of monthly government contributions.
4. Assists the Human Resource department in sourcing out applicants and conducting interviews.
5. Handles and forecasts the weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cash flow, prepares cash flowreports, and identifies and evaluates variances.
6. Ensures the accurate issuance of invoices and cheques, as well as their prompt execution, to complywith payment obligations
7. Coordinates and supervises all taxation aspects and liaises with local tax authorities to ensure theaccurate and timely incorporation of all relevant activities. Ensures the accurate and timely provision ofall the required tax returns and financial statements to local authorities
8. Participate in the execution of external and internal audits, providing all the required information tothe auditors, to facilitate their accurate and fast execution. Monitors and follows up on the results of theexternal audits, to protect the company's interests.
9. Keeps up-to-date with changes in the accounting legislation and reviews the operation of thedepartment, proposing and, upon approval, implementing improvements in policies, procedures andguidelines, enhancing the smooth and efficient workflow of the department and its compliance withlocal and international accounting standards.

Requirements Graduate of Bachelor of Science inAccountancy Certified Public Accountant Min. 3 yrs. Experience in a Supervisoryposition Knowledgeable in automated financialand accounting reporting systems Good background in BIR Tax auditassessments. Experience in Financial Statementpreparation, budget and forecast. Ability to analyze financial data andprepare financial reports, statements and projections.
