Formulation of paints applicable to our existing steel products based on quality standards.
Innovation of existing products and process, as well as material testing of raw materials.
Checks all incoming batches of raw materials
Conducts quality control on physical and material tests of raw materials
Reports passing and failing test results for future references
Maintains records of all test results for production use of for re-sampling
Visit site location concerning product defects and damages to verify costumer complaints
Provides forms for related work procedures and requests
Provides records of product complaint by customers regarding defects and damages
Investigates customer product complaint to know the nature of complaint
Reports the result of the findings of investigation to the concerned personnel and authorities
Keeps records of product complaints for monitoring the problem
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or Chemistry Technology or equivalent
2-3 years working experience in paint formulation, material testing and research and development is a plus.
Previously worked in a paint/steel company is required.
Experienced in ISO 9001-2015 is a strong advantage.
Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
Willing to work at Manresa, Quezon City.
