Salary: 18,000 - 20,000Compressed work schedule (8 AM - 5:48 PM, Mondays - Fridays)1 Reports to Technical Supervisor and Manager.2 Conducts quality tests of all in-process production batches.3 Performs evaluation of incoming raw materials and possible alternatives4 Renders servicing for QC related issues.5 Validates and analyze customers complaints and recommends necessary corrective and preventive measures.6 Assists in color matching7 Prepares monthly accomplishment report.8 Keeps laboratory in safe and good working condition.9 Provide support to the Company's Internal policies and implementations on ISO related matters10 Performs other duties as may be required by the superior to provide support to the company's operation exigenciesQUALIFICATIONS:Graduate of BS Chemistry, Licensed Chemist or Chemical TechnicianWith knowledge of color matching is an advantagePassed color blindness test, Proficient in oral and written communication skills.Good mathematical ability and reporting skills
