CHEMICAL TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of BS Chemistry or BS Chemical Engineering and a Licensed Chemical TechnicianMust have experience in performing the Micro and Phy-Chem Analysis for product/s ?Certificate of Product Registration (CPR)Familiar in Laboratory Analysis for a food manufacturing settingWith at least 1 year exposure in Food Industry is a plus but not requiredPreferably with background and knowledgeable in HACCP & FSMSAbility to balance multiple tasksand can work under pressureTimeliness in work and willing to work on shifting schedulesJOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in every plant audit and food safety and quality related documentationParticipate in the preparation of Food Safety System CertificationCheck Physical Characteristics of all Inbound items - Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Store Accessories & ChemicalConduct Chemical Analysis of all Raw MaterialsCheck & verify all Outbound deliveriesCheck & record noted Non-Conformity
