Chat Support Specialist - Work From Home

Job Description:

Insider is looking for a motivated and independent Chat Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our online chat platform. This position is remote and can be done from the comfort of your home in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through our online chat platform in a timely and professional manner- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency- Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate issues to the appropriate team as needed- Use creativity and negotiation skills to find solutions that meet the needs of both the customer and the company- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve the overall customer experience

Requirements:- 4 years of experience in customer service or a similar role- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of empathy- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Motivated to provide exceptional customer service and support- Creative thinking skills to find unique solutions to customer issues- Strong negotiation skills to handle challenging situations- Proficient in using online chat platforms and customer service software
