Job Description:
Ayala Land is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Representative to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support experience- Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and services- Achieve and maintain performance metrics in accordance with company standards
Requirements:- Energetic and resourceful personality traits- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools- Strategic planning and organization skills- Planning skills to prioritize tasks effectively- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Must be able to work part-time hours including evenings and weekends
