Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Coins.ph is looking for a dedicated and resourceful Chat Support Officer to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a part-time Associate Level employee with at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our chat platform.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate, and professional support through chat.- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department.- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their queries.- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and workflows.- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals on a consistent basis.- Assist in creating reports and analyzing data to measure performance metrics.

Requirements:- Proven experience in a customer service or support role.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.- Resourceful and hardworking individual with a passion for helping others.- Soft skills in strategic planning and presentation.- Familiarity with financial services or technology is a plus.
