Chat Support Manager

Job Description:

Great Deals E-commerce Corporation is seeking a dedicated and driven Chat Support Manager to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing the chat support team and ensuring exceptional customer service is provided to our online shoppers.

Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of chat support representatives- Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and accuracy- Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support performance- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes- Train and onboard new chat support team members- Analyze chat metrics and provide reports to management- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints- Stay up-to-date on product information and promotions- Implement creative solutions to enhance the customer experience

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field- 5 years of experience in customer service or chat support- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively- Proficient in Microsoft Office and chat support software- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred- Creative problem-solving skills
