Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and driven Chat Support Manager to join our team at Puregold Price Club Inc. in Pasig, NCR, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service and support, you will be responsible for overseeing our chat support team and ensuring exceptional customer service to our online shoppers.
Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of chat support representatives, providing leadership, guidance, and training as needed.2. Monitor chat support performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.3. Develop and maintain chat support processes, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality service.4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.5. Collaborate with other departments, such as IT and marketing, to improve the overall customer experience.6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support to continuously improve operations.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.2. Previous experience in a chat support or customer service management role.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.4. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.5. Proficiency in chat support software and tools.6. Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.7. Ability to research and analyze customer trends and feedback.8. Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers.
