Job Description:
Coins.ph is looking for a Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through chat support to our users. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with any inquiries or issues they may have regarding our services.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat- Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and other queries- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Work closely with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:- 4 years of experience in customer service or a similar role- Energetic and driven personality- Strong critical thinking skills- Attention to detail- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment- Experience with chat support software is a plus
