Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:We are looking for a Chat Support Assistant to join our team at SM Investments Corporation in Parañaque, NCR, PH. This is a full-time entry level position requiring at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will be driven and resourceful, with excellent persuasion and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via chat support- Provide timely and accurate information to customers- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times- Keep accurate records of customer interactions- Meet or exceed performance targets set by the company

Requirements:- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or chat support- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Excellent problem-solving abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications- High school diploma or equivalent
