Details of the offer

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILTIES
Prepares and submits the Annual Channel Liquidation (POGs) Target in the Area to the BUH and Region Manager for evaluation
Plans, organizes and implements Area Channel Plan to ensure attainment of Liquidation (POGs) objectives for all products on his area of responsibility
Coordinates the Distributor’s Sales Coordinators/Salesmen to push BCS brands to retailers, cooperatives, and key farmers & influencers
Implements and maximizes utilization of approved Sales Area Support budget and all Sales and Grower Marketing programs
Gathers market data, market updates and competitor’s activities, ensures submission of reports (Sales, POGS objective, market info, competitive info) on time, through the use of Bayer’s Customer Relationship Management system
Reports movement of stocks in the retailer’s level on a monthly basis, through the use of the mLiquidate and Dekalb connect systems
Makes a monthly purchase plan for each major/key retailer and facilitate ordering thru the distributors
Reminds key customers on the benefits of using (promise) the mature and sell-out brands
Ensure to follow and prioritize retail routing based on sales area’s RADL matrix. Make sure this is updated for changes in customer classification and segment

WHO YOU ARE
Graduate of BS Agriculture, Agricultural Business or related courses
Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales and field promo works
Minimum 2 years’ experience on Retailers and Big Land Owners and Contractors Management
