LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS AND PHILIPPINE-BASED CANDIDATES Position: Assistant Project Manager
Salary Range: $900-1,300/month
Working Hours: M-F, 9am-6pm EST
About the role: 
We are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager with an interest in hospitality to join our team. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our Project Managers with the planning and execution of various project related tasks. Your attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask will be invaluable in helping us deliver high-quality work for our hotels.
Responsibilities
?Assist Project Managers with the planning and execution of CapEx, renovations, and new development projects across multiple hotels
?Coordinate project schedules and track project milestones
?Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders and project plans
?Communicate project updates and progress to project manager, contractors and hotel operations team 
?Monitor project expenses and ensure they are within budget
?Track expenses and create monthly draw packets for lenders
?Collaborate with hotel operations, contractors, vendors, and various team members to ensure project success
?Prepare reports for internal team members
?Document coordination meetings and provide updates on project status and progress
?Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics for project-related events
?Assist with providing monthly financial reports and schedule updates
?Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Architecture, or a related field
?2+ years of experience in project management
?Strong organizational skills
?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
?Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
?Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
?Ability to work independently and as part of a team
?Proficiency in project management tools such as Procore, Smartsheet, and Excel, or relevant tools
