Center Business Manager- Manila

Job Description:
Responsible for developing, implementing, and achieving the center's business plan all while supervising the marketing team, and creating and implementing marketing strategies Design and implement strategic sales plans that prioritize enhancing the company's presence and expands the company's customer database Objective setting is done for the team Gathers and hits sales targets by managing the sales team (CCs) Coaches CCs in terms of professional life Monitors the progress of each employee Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in Manila Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
