Owns 24/7 Safety, Quality, Delivery & Productivity area results. Responsible for building team capability through active coaching of the cell line pair leader and definition of training requirements of the line team. Participates in key planned activities to role model and coach teams. Responsible for driving/leading improvement plans for the area.- Being a role model of a high standard for the cell team. Manage and inspire the cell team's performance and career and drive their retention and commitment. When there is a gap in the team's results and capability, hold your team leaders accountable.**WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Responsible for the safety, quality, production results, and compliance within the assigned cell and ensuring that the required volume will be delivered with the planned and budgeted headcount.
