Today, David's Tea House has over 34 branches nationwide and is prompt in providing guests delivery services, catering needs, and bulk orders for all occasions.**Responsibilities**:- Manage transactions with customers using cash registers- Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate- Collect payments whether in cash or credit- Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets- Redeem stamps and coupons- Cross-sell products and introduce new ones- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information- Greet customers when entering or leaving the store- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas- Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies- Bag, box or gift-wrap packages- Handle merchandise returns and exchangesRequirements and skills- Work experience as a Restaurant Cashier or in a similar role in sales- Basic POS knowledge- Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS- Good math skills- Strong communication and time management skills- Customer satisfaction-oriented- Atleast SHS GRADUATE/College Level- WILLING TO BE ASSIGN IN SM MARILAO.**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: Php12,000.00 - Php14,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Paid training- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- 10 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Marilao, Bulacan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Language**:- English (preferred)
