Job Description
- Scan item and ensure that pricing is correct
- Receive payment in cash and give exact change to customers
- Issue official receipt
- Process payment via credit card transaction
- Assist customers' inquiries and other concerns
- Suggestive selling
- Resolve customer complaints
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the check-out area
- Ensure that satisfactory to excellent customer service experience is given
Minimum Qualifications
- At least College Graduate or College level (2nd yr or 3rd yr college level)
- With at least 2 years experience
- FEMALE
- Basic Mathematical skill
- Excellent customer-service skill
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
