Card Room Manager

NUSTAR Resort and Casino is currently on the lookout for Card Room Manager. Key Duties: Oversee the smooth operations of the Card Room including monitoring all areas and ensuring SOP and card security are implemented in compliance with the regulatory requirements.Manage the performances of Card Room Supervisors and Shufflers by coaching, counseling, and motivating with an emphasis on subordinates to perform their duties at theoptimum level.Reports any suspicious activities or behavior to Sr. Card Room ManagerQualifications: High School Degree, College Degree in related field preferredMinimum 18 months experience in Card RoomExperience as a Pit Manager and dealer preferredBe part of the first premier integrated resort in the Visayas and Mindanao, with the largest gaming floor in the region!
