Job Description:
In order to contribute a great meeting with the customer in all sales channels by ensuring a consistently high availability of our offer, with high quality and at lowest possible total cost. This position will reports to our Retail Supply Integration Manager.
YOUR ASSIGNMENTS Assess current and planned store capacity in terms of future needs and identify solutions for increasing capacity in order to secure the preconditions for a highly perceived level of product availability at the lowest possible costs and a highly commercial range presentation. Monitor and report the store capacity situation and planned development over a five-year period for inclusion in the overall supply chain capacity planning. Provide the Retail Logistics Manager with recommended actions to address any identified capacity imbalances and act as input to expansion plans. Based on current and future store capacities provide the Retail Logistics Manager with recommendations as input to the decision process for the store range classification. Actively contribute to the definition of optimal replenishment solutions by assessing their impact on store level and by providing information on the retail capacity and safeguarding a healthy gross margin. Use information on store capacity, sales forecast development and performance feedback from Retail Supply Integration, In-store Logistics and stores to give input to reviews of the replenishment solutions. Actively support the stores in maximising the use of existing store capacity by coaching and supporting with identified improvement potentials. Together with the stores, identify and analyse retail capacity constraints and possibilities in order to secure smooth constraint planning and maximise commercial opportunities. As an expert in store capacity solutions and utilisation, share knowledge with colleagues and business partners to
support their competence development, particularly an understanding of the consequences of a lack of, or

Experience of working in a retail and/or logistic role, including previous experience of leading people. Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English. Ability to meet agreed budgets and goals, and work on plans over a number of years. Ability to think commercially by balancing efficiency, inspiration, and profitability. Ability to reflect and find values and ideas in collaborating with others. Show potential to apply tactical and operational thinking. Self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently. Ability to inspire and engage others.
