This includes advising students with respect to admission requirements, processes, and qualification options.- Guide the student through the admissions, visa and pre departure processes.- Develop and maintain strong relationships, highest level of integrity and ethics in every interaction with students and their families to ensure that the Admission Hub is regarded as a highly professional and trusted service provider.- CRM system is used to support the end-to-end counselling process including the capture and follow up of all leads and opportunities to close sales.- Maintain regular contact and activities with key accounts- Promote Admission Hub through activities such as seminars(online/ offline), study abroad exhibitions etc..- Provide regular updates to line manager and Toronto headquarters to inform them of progress, challenges and / or support that may be required.Qualification- Experience in Educational Counsellor or other industry as a Sales position for more than 3 years.- Bachelor's degree level or equivalent to (Admin, Marketing, or BusinessManagement) other courses will still be considered- Excellent planning and organizing skills with the ability to multitask.- Excellence in verbal and written communication skills in EnglishNeed to communicate effectively with different stakeholders with varying needs (students, parents, institution representatives, colleagues etc.).- If work from home, you need to have a stable internet connection and quiet working area in your house to do daily video calls and meetings.- Need to have access to a computer / laptop in your house- Experienced in Cold calling potential customers to increase sales.- Ability to work in different time zones from time to time for meetings with headquarter office in Toronto and Vancouver Canada.**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Work from homeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Flexible shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Commission pay- Performance bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Sales: 2 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)
