Call Centre Agent No Bpo Experienced Required

**Job Qualifications**:- Must high school graduate- NO BPO experience required- Must have strong verbal and written English communication skills- Can do onsite work in Pasig, Rockwell**Responsibilities**:- Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies**Salary**: Up to Php15,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary**Education**:- Junior High School (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
