Call Center Representative

Job Description:

SM Investments Corporation is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints- Provide information about products and services- Process orders, returns, and exchanges- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues

Requirements:- Resilient and dedicated personality traits- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and listening skills- High school diploma or equivalent- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
