Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Avion School is currently seeking a part-time Call Center Representative to join our team in Davao City, Davao, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be energetic, driven, and possess excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.2. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and accurately.3. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide assistance as needed.4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.5. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience.6. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:1. At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.3. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.4. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.5. Proficient in using CRM software and other call center tools.6. Energetic and driven personality traits.
